BR77 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Policy

BR77 ("we", "platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of BR77's website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on BR77, you ("User") agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

BR77 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notification will be posted on the platform whenever changes are made. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Opening an account with BR77 requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account suspension or termination, and BR77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in such cases.

• Only one account per one account Permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

To use BR77, you must be at least 18 years or above Users must be 18 or older. Any underage use of the platform is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions, and the account along with all balances will be forfeited.

BR77 reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. A copy of a national ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for this purpose. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

• It is your own responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legally permitted in your country.
• Any attempt to operate an account from a restricted region will result in account closure.

Deposits and withdrawals on BR77 can only be made using payment methods registered on the platform. It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals be the same.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 200 (BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically instant, and withdrawals are processed within 1–15 minutes.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• BR77 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the event of suspicious transactions.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

BR77 charges no deposit fees. However, fees imposed by payment providers on withdrawals may apply and will be borne by the user.

All BR77 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its applicable terms.

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement — typically 30–50x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a set time limit — the bonus will be forfeited if it expires.
• Attempting to exploit promotions by using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• BR77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance. Winnings become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

If any bonus offer is unclear, please refer to the specific terms of that offer. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the terms of a specific offer, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

The general rules that apply to placing bets on BR77 are outlined below. Sport-specific rules may also apply.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used where available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BR77 reserves the right to void the bet or correct the odds.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is found in any match, all related bets will be voided.
• Betting limits are set individually for each market and may be changed by BR77 at any time.
• During live betting, bets may not be accepted while odds are being updated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BR77 platform:

• Bonus Abuse: Using artificial or risk-free betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Technical Manipulation: Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits more than once.
• Third-Party Transactions: Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Hacking or Cyberattacks: Attempting to interfere with or compromise platform security.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

BR77 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service; however, BR77's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• When a bet or transaction is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is held up due to a delay or error in a third-party payment system.
• In the event of unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.

BR77 makes no guarantee of winnings from gaming. All games carry the risk of loss, and users must participate with full awareness of this.

BR77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Failure to provide required information during KYC verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

BR77 collects, stores, and processes users' personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. For full details, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.
• All data is secured with SSL 256-bit encryption.
• To view or delete your personal data, please contact Support.

If a dispute arises between BR77 and a user, please contact our support team as the first step. We will endeavor to provide a resolution within 48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, a complaint may be filed with the licensing authority (Curaçao eGaming). These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

BR77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via the platform and their registered email before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw any available balance.
